Existing 110 block with line1(phone) and line2(fax) wired with premise cabling.
Need to add a wall jack about 2' next to the 110 panel.
I plan on using a 2' piece of cat5 and the blue/whiteblue pair. Just need to know where to put the blue/whiteblue pair on the block.
Thanks in advance.

The entire 4 pairs of the Cat-5 goes onto the next blank spot of the 110 block, then a C-4 clip is punched on top of it, then you pull the jumper feeding line 1 and re-run it by looping it to where it is now in addition to the wht/blu of the new Cat-5.
