Hi guys, need a suggestion for reporting solution of Avaya IP Office SE (if possible free/open source solution).
Thanks.

So in the UK we have the top three for reporting.
Xima Chronicall
Oak Reportx
TIM

But these all cost based on number of users.

You can get the raw smdr data for free but not sure if there's any freeware to put it into nice reports for you (or if you want to develop your own)

Interesting to see if anyone else knows of any.

We exclusively use Chronicall. They work, have great tech support, and are rock solid.

Thanks to you guys for your reply.
I'll definitely check the SMDR receiver that is mentioned by BFG9K. If it's not match for client's requirement then I'll check the others.

I ran that program for years until I switched PC's and it creates 1 .csv file per month that can be used for call data but it is really very simple and to get more out of it you would have to write a program that shows it in a different format or sort it by columns.

Have a star for reminding me where to get it.

The best free option is Avaya Call plugin for SplunkBase.

Install the free version of SplunkBase, login and under the apps link search for Avaya.
Click to install Avaya Call, and then configure it.

Point the IP Office SMDR to the Splunkbase Server and enjoy.

Have a star Travis, that's an excellent solution.
