Need storage options/opinions

I have an Option 81C with Call Pilot 4.2 there.

Our lawyers want the ability to save voicemail messages for 1 year.

What choices/options do we have to make that as easy as possible? I know we can back up the info but retrieving from a backup is not an easy task that they could do themselves.

Anyone got a great idea?

DTM and save the msg as wave files - enduser responsible for their own msges

or

archive users daily to network/tape and store those for 1 yr.
 
That would be perfect but I forgot I cannot put the CP on our network (its a bank and they are screwy when it comes to what is allowed and not allowed on the network)

Any other good ideas?

I bet they'd like to record calls too. You could just give them all one of these and let them save the messages and record the calls they choose.
Not the most easy to centrally manage solution, but it is a possibility if there are a reasonable number of lawyers.
