Need some type of IP conference Phone???

Situation - IPO 500 R5.0.18: Single building has IP500 and phones (5420's) - Across the street is a single conference room with additional offices. Both buildings have IP connections and are tied together via fiber. I need to add an conference room station similiar to Polycom or Clear One but it needs to be IP. What will I need hardware wise and what if any software wise on the IPO?

Go for an ip6000 or 7000 and a third party ip end point license.

dont you need to be on R6 for that to work? I have done the 7000 on R6.

You sure do, but the Konftel 300 is better anyway in my opinion and you can stick an sd card in to record the conference should you wish, I'm fairly certain they are cheaper too, but again SIP so R6

SIP endpoint licenses work with 5.0.18 up as well.

Of course they do, that was late at night....sorry, I wouldn't mind I installed a Polycom 6000 onto R5 not long back, my memory is getting worse than tlpeter's
