I have a BCM REL3 that is having a problem with night services and I wanted to know how one would program it to:

1. ring a group of phones during regular business hours and if noone answers, goes to auto attendant

and

2. during none business hours, ring a different group of phones and if noone answers, goes to auto attendant.

The more details the better. I already have it programmed but am having issues so I just wanted to get some insight.

Much appreciated!

The way the services work, such as night, they add phones to the existing day mode.

The work around is to put the system in night mode during the day with the phones you want.

Then at night the system will be in day mode and you can program the phones you want.
