Hello,

I increase the current disk from 20GB to 100GB but when I lspv rootvg it is not showing the 100GB, instead it is showing the 20GB. How can I format or add that extra 80GB in the rootvg? I am trying to increase the space in /opt and /home. Can someone pls help?

Hello there!
You have allready 228 FREE PPS 7296 megabytes each.
So usualy i use this commands:
#sync the size of rootvg (mostly it is encrese for free space (PPS))
chvg -g rootvg
#increase 10Gb to /opt and /home from non used space
chfs -a size=+10G /opt
chfs -a size=+10G /home
#take 10 mb from /tmp to non used space
chfs -a size=-10M /tmp
