need some help about ASP

Hi Friends
I need to post a form on my wedsite, when click on submit forms details send on my email from user.(who fill the form)
kindly help me how can i do this..

in your form action asp page, with method=post and using CDONTS as described in any of the below links, you can send mail accessing the form input via Request.Form("fieldname&quot (replacing 'fieldname' with your form's fieldnames). if you need more guidance, post back.
