Friday, 31 January, at 1500 EST, I have a call with Frontier on our SIP trunks into an Avaya IP Office 500v2 r11.x.
I have set up the trunk, it's registered, but is rejecting calls. I thought I had the SIP trunks inbound routing correct, but alas, I have fouled something.
Additionally, for outbound calling, when I select the trunk and dial the first number, I get a reorder (Hi-Lo Siren) tone.
Is there anyone on here who would be able to assist by looking over my configs. I can pay for the help, but keep in mind, I'm donating my time to this small parochial school. :-D.
All of my experience is on higher-end systems, and my normal Avaya Support mechanism normally deals with systems that fill rooms, not wall racks- so he's not sure how to help.
Just need someone to screen share any time Friday for 10 minutes or so. and say "Do this, Do that". Not looking for a full-up setup from you.
