I have a leased E1 circuit from point A to point B. I want to be able to carry both voice and data on this ciruit. I have and MX-One LIM at each location with 2 TLU76 cards each. One TLU76 to the public PSTN and the other to a perhaps "zero-padded" E1 ((E1)/2-->due to data on the other half) ISDN PRI link beween the two sites. What type of equipment can I purchase at each location to do this E1 channelization and also allow for a WAN link between both sites? Wouldnt it just be easier for me to purchase some ELU32's and have an IP trunk between the sites? That way everything runs on IP? thanks fellas.

That's right, with IP trunk you can simply use a switch to let the Voice & Data Traffic share the same LAN / WAN connection.
Don't switch any Data traffic through the LIMs though, as the Echo Cancellers on IP trunk will just scramble it.

Thanks for the response! what about minimum bandwidth requirements to allow multiple simluatenous calls etc..? any guidelines on this? I'm assuming that a L2 or L3 switch should be able to handle the QOS and voice packet priorities for this?
