Need SMS Report import script

I've developed a number of of SMS Reports in the "sandbox" environment of a large corperate environment onlt to find that the Report MOF files I exported will not import into another environment (DEV at thsi point.) This is actually a known issue covered in kb925642 at

Of course I dont' want to recreate the reports manually in each environemnt, DEV, QA, and Prod, so I am looking for a scripted solution. I found this:

but it is not working, probably due to authentication issues. I have already spent a lot of time on this, so now I am looking for outside help.
