Need SMS info

Earlier the branch office seen in SMS with details on the
computers and be able to send / recieve information between sites through SMS.

Currently they can see the computers but nothing about them, it sounds like it was connected correctly at one time but now it can't send / recieve information at all.

plz let me know where the problem is..

is the branch office a seperate sms site?
is it a seperate domain?

look at the logs
a lot of these are off by default but they can be turned on
easily - i do it throu the reg but there maybe is a better way

it's under sms software tracing then change from 0 to 1
leave them on for couple of hours then turn them off

check for nice error messages
