I'm a end user and we have a Modular Messaging system that needs service. Also would like to know who to call for assitance on a case by case basis. Can anyone help?

unit is out of warranty, company that installed it went out of business I believe. Could I call Avaya?

Yes, you could probably call Avaya. You could also find an Avaya BusinessPartner as well. Some service requests, and most MAC requests can be done remotely. Generally speaking direct Avaya service is more expensive than most BusinessPartners, but that is my own opinion. The company I work for is also an Avaya BusinessPartner.
