Hello All,

My 2003 server is mainly used for file storage and sharing. I have a web site that I would like to back up to this server on a regular basis over secure FTP. Is there a good (preferably free) ftps client that I can use to schedule a regular backup to this server?

Thanks for any help you can provide!

You can download OpenSSH (google it)and install it on your server. This will allow you to run FTP and SCP over port 22 (SSH). From there you can use Putty's PSFTP or PSCP tool for performing your FTP/SCP transactions.
Hope this helps.

itsp1965 - thanks for the help. I'm looking for something that's an all-in-one solution. I'm not too comfortable using command line or anything too technical. I'm sort of IT here cause "nobody else can". I know on my mac I can have Transmit just sync from an ftp server to a local drive, but I really want to run this on the server, so I need a client for windows that can do the same thing.

Well you can't have the security that you want if you don't set it up at a server level first. OpenSSH is very straightforward in its implementation (2 readme files). Also there are plenty of GUI based FTP/SCP clients available.
