need scratch file

After re-lading Unix on new disk, system re-boots so far and displays several error messages.

The first is "needs scratch file" followed by "1012 BLKF" and then "enter file name" and waits for input.

It then outputs possible file size error I6684.

Followed by "too many blocks allocated I6784".

Lastly it outpus "can't read block 2101247".
