Need scheduling add-on (HVAC) for SBF

Does anyone know of an add-on to handle scheduling of maintenance personnel in conjunction with Small Business Financials? For example, a customer may call in and ask to schedule maintenance on their air conditioner... User could look up customer and choose History, Notes and/or Schedule a New Appointment.

I'm not familiar with Small Busines but you can look at Microsoft CRM Service.

Hmmm... we've remained on the sidelines for CRM, but that's an angle we had not considered. It would most likely handle the historical activity... and that prompts me to consider Outlook for scheduling...
