Need Router Modemcap Settings for Multitech MT5656ZDX-V Modem

Hello,

I'm trying to setup a Multitech MT5656ZDX-V modem for remote access into a Cisco router.

I've contacted the modem manufacturer and have received these settings for the modem:
AT&F&W&W1Z
AT+IPR=9600
AT+MS=V32,0
at&D0&K0Q1e0&W

However, I have not been given a clue re: modemcap settings.

I've tried various modemcaps as well as created my own - but nothing is working. Regardless of which modemcap I use, the router always says "No modem found".

Anyone have a string for this modem?

PS: The settings I have found in some Cisco docs for Multitech of: &FS0=1&C4&D3$SB115200 do not work with this model of modem.
