The company I use to work for had their support by Aspect cut off becuase they didn't pay their bills. Yesterday some t1s dropped and I walked them through getting them back up and online. Today they got me VPN access and I see the RTR yesterday.
I have a few COSC/COE docs that friends have hooked me up with but don't have any the process for doing an online resync or better yet a reboot and resync (to make sure its all clear)
Anyone have anything that defines the process and anything else would be helpful. I'm not getting paid for this just trying to help them out.
