When I power on, totally no signal
debug card show C0 (initialise chipset , cache, etc)

wait about 10 second and reset
no signal
but if I ***RESET IT VERY FAST***(quickly push reset and release)
it can boot up and run stable

other reference:
also , the computer clock don't work

This mainboard has a jumpper setting clear bios

in the past
if i set the jumpper in "clear bios position" , it can't boot up

but recently, when i set the jumpper in "clear bios position" , i can boot it up(still need to use reset mehtod) (every times boot up bios will reset)

This is IWILL KD266 socket 462/A with ALI 1649 north bridge
Award BIOS

This is the 2nd mainbroad have such a problem
Could anyone tell me whats happen?

Bad betteries? The clock problem says it might be that.

The power button is loose or not hitting the connection properly? The weird way you can punch the button to have it reboot says it might be that.

Try to disconect the ide drive and see what happens. Also check the fsb setting if it has one.

Strip it down to the bare essentials.
CPU, 1 stick memory, video, keyboard.
And see if it will POST reliably.

Still have problems. Check power switch and reset switch (you could just disconnect reset).

Check CMOS battery.

Replace PSU if possible, or check output voltages with a meter.

I use xp 1800+
fsb is 133 should not have any problem

button should not have problem because every times it work properly

battery is replaced

IDE is not a problem because
POST code C0 was got from clean config(video card also move out)
I get code from debug card
only ram cpu and motherboard plugged in

voltage is not a problem i think beacause 12v and 5v output is correct only +/- only 0.01 to 0.02

Again this is the 2nd board I got which used different power supplys may not be a problem.

Want to modify something

reset no need to fast

THE REAL PROBLEM is IT NEED to be CHARGEED
that means i have to switch on about 10~20 seconds(debug code c0 and monitor no signal in this peroid)

after that

push reset normally it can boot up.

I also find that the "CHARGE TIME" become longer and longer
(in past 2 weeks only charge 2-4 second is ok , these 2 days need over 10 seconds)( just like the prior broad with this symptom)

It needs to be charged? Hmmmm... Were both computers plugged into the same place in the wall? You might be having problems with the power coming into the machine. I'm not sure what you can do about that, other than moving the computer to another plug, but it sounds like the damage is already done.

Again

I assure power is not a problem
I think the capacitor leak charge
