Need Recommendations for Call Ctr Wall Display Boards

We are presently using Telegenix boards w/our Avaya S8700. These boards have proven to be flakey at best. Is there a more up-to-date technology out there worth looking at? Your thoughts/recommendations are greatly appreciated.

I looked at this company while I was at InAAU in San Antonio. They are my first choice when I go to implement wallboards in my organization.

wee use symon as well,, using the deskview, to put the equivilent of a wallboard on the desktop..
however, I have read about people creating custom reports in CentreVu, and then hooking up a plasma tv to diaplay the reports...

This is what I did at a previous job. However I would recommend going with LCD's not plasma's. You will probably end up with burn in if you go the Plasma route. I recommend the NEC LCD's they have a built in video signal amplifier (LCD can be about 100 feet from your video card). This is a handy device to use

Here we use CoBox. They are very flexible and can create just about any custom display you request.
