need recommendation for outdoor phone/callbox?

I have a client that has an old aiphone door system. Problem is, if no one is at the front desk, people can't get buzzed in.

It obviously is outdoors, so I can't just put a standard phone there. I need a call box style of phone with a keypad so the user can just come up to the door and dial whichever group or extension they are trying to reach, and then get buzzed through the door by the person on the other end. I found a few online, but wanted to get some feedback from here.
