One of my users would like to like to put an attachment on her receiver which allows the phone cord to spin freely as the receiver moves around. It helps keep the phone cord from getting tangled.

I've been told that there is such a thing available, though I don't know what the name of it is, but that they tend to quit working or start sounding scratchy after six months or so.

Does anyone know what this is called, and where it can be had? Anyone else have experience with it, and with scratchiness?

Thanks!

Hi Mithrandir01
If You goto you will find them there as untanglers I have used the one with cord on Ericsson Phones they are fine I always tell the user that they will last 6 - 12 months, then they become scratchey or start cutting out but they save the phone cords and tangles. (This info was put on here by some one else for a similar enquiry.

Thanks - that's exactly what I needed! I passed it on to my user, with warning. Gotta make the customer happy. :)

Thanks again!
