Need Query Field to list Field Values in Another Table 2

I have a query with a Trip table & Appointment table
There can be many appointments in a trip. I only need 1 field, “Destination”, in the appointment table to show in my query which gives me duplicate records for all the trips that have more than 1 appointment. Is there a way to add a field that will list all the “Destinations” in that field per trip in my query or a form?
