need programming info Trillium 820

customer has a trillium 820

line one port has gone dead you can answer and transmit but not receive

they only have 5 lines so Im thinking we just drop everything down one line nothing on port one , line one goes to two ect ect

apperantly the phones only have 5 lines assigned

can anyone tell me how to program the 6th line in or does anyone know of a free (or cheap )download for a manual ?

checked my trillium manuals....try this
From the phones:
-press the program key or *#
-press 4 (the digit)
-press the key you wish to change
-dial the appropriate code (code 01-20 equals line 01-20..{i.e. code 03= line 03 })
-press * to exit, repeat for each key.

I also have some PDF trillium manuals if telprog does not (for vendors)
