Need pin out of NTDK27 opt 11c ethernet cable

I receivced a MAT 6.67 server an need to connect it to my switch.

You need one tranceiver for connect ethernet aui (DB 15) to ethernet 10 base T (RJ 45). Only this manner you can connect the PABX to the switch or hub.

I am looking for the pin out on the cable that attaches to the opt 11c backplane at connection P1. It is a 50 pin amphenol to a db15. This is where the AUI connects.
