Need Old Sales Data From 3700

Anyone know a program that cant parse the res 3700 archive files. Or a way to get detailed check data going back further than 2 weeks.
I need to produce an hourly sales report which can show item category and amount going back a year

You can do this by skipping the "101 Purge Historical Total" stored procedure from Autosequence ( SOD sequence ). But be aware that micros.db will grow extensively and system become slow while generating the reports. Make sure to have high end hardware running the RES.
