We recently received some refurbished Avaya 9611G IP phones that have R6.0 loaded currently. Unless I'm misunderstanding the process, due to the minimum firmware requirements, I need to go to R6.2 to R6.4 to R6.6 and then finally to R6.8. I have everything in that chain except R6.2. Is there either:
1.) Some way to get the firmware from Avaya that isn't on their support site (they don't have anything below R6.6)? OR
2.) Some way to bypass the requirements for minimum firmware so that I can go from R6.0 to either straight into R6.8 or at least R6.4?
