Might try Transcend United Technologies based out of Minneapolis. There is a bank in Sioux Falls that uses them. Give them a call to see if they can possibly help you out.

Yes Transcend is a good choice for the Souix Falls area. The engingeer lives in the SF vicinity even though he is assigned to the Omaha office where there is a backup CS1000 engineer too. 800-793-5121 get to their service desk and could get you setup.
