need new version of genucode for AIX

I need to upgrade the firmware for our tape drives. There are 2 ways to do this. 1 with aix5.1 diags. we are running aix4.3. so this is not a option. The other option is to use genucode. But the only one I can find is on the IBM web page but its downlevel. It dosn't support the 40gbdlt tape unit we have. Where can I get a newer version of the util ?
I have version 1.3 from june 2001. Please help!!!

Have you phoned IBM about this . I don't mean to be funny but How do you know your tape drive f/w needs upgrading if it isn't listed on IBM's WEB site ?

You miss understood the question. I have the needed firmware but the utilitiy to install it genucode is downlevel and in its doc it dosen't support the new stuff. The tape drive is listed on the web site.
