Need new hardware for domain controller 1

Any advice would be great on how to replace domian contoller, we need new box, of course it will be new all new (motherboard, HDD, raid etc). Need to somehow get all info off original onto new.

Will you be using the same OS?

Install OS, join domain, dcpromo, then transfer FSMO roles.

Let me know what else you're looking for as far as direction goes. Don't forget to install DNS, DHCP, etc to support the new domain.
