Need network monitoring Software

I am looking for some Network monitoring software that does a few specific things. I would like it to poll the network linking IP addresses, and NetBIOS names to Ethernet addresses. It would also be nice if it showed a graphical representation of the connections each machine makes to others on the local network.

Is there such a beast? I've been searching for a few days now and haven't found all that much to talk about. Either the software doesn't do what I want or the Demo doesn't have enough functionality for me to test it properly.

If someone could give me a hand I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello, Not too sure about what your really after but I use sniffer pro but I was also told that fluke network inspector and protocol analyser is pretty good to and they let you download a 15 day trial..
