Need Netfinity 5000 hardware support - IBM Biz Partner?

IBM should be competitive - especially per incident, or hourly, on a single server. I wouldn't let anyone else "cheaper" do the work. What you save in $/hour, you will probably lose in their learning curve, much worse if they break something because they don't know what they're doing in the box. In either case, look for someone who is an IBM-certified servicer.
