OK I'll try to make this breif.
A client has a NEC NEX 2400 phones system that supports a 5 story building. Each floor has different tenants. The 3rd floor which is being leased nov 1 is connected to this system. He needs the system turned on for that floor. Now I looked in this tower and it has 4 sections then a 5th section on the floor next to the tower. I thought each section might represent each floor but all 5 sections appear to be powered on. There are a bunch of cards in each section, I have no idea what they do. At first I thought ok if there is no main number comming into the system for that floor, it wont work. BUT I tried a system phone in many jacks and not even the time and date came up. I didn't want to begin flipping switches being that other people in the building are going threw the system.
Does anyone have any knowledge about this system?
Thanks
Gene
