Need NAM 4.0.04E patch for Voice Mail

I am experiencing problems with outbound transfers and message notification (MICS 5.0 / NAM 4.0.04C with T1/PRI). It works sometimes, but very erratically (maybe 1 time out of 5). I have heard that there is an update patch for the NAM to address this symptom. Does anyone have more details, or better yet, could someone make arrangements to e-mail me the patch? Thanks!
