I'm a newbie with this stuff. I was handed a NECIVS/IPS 2000 with Dterm Series E terminals. We have an extension dedicated to "O" but need to froward to another extension or allow other terminals to see/hear a call is coming in and answer if the operator busy or unavailable.

I have not had any luck finding any information in the users guides or administrators manual. I may not be looking for the proper terminology.

Any suggestions?

First you should download the appropriate manuals, you need a command manual and I would recommend a feature programming manual. They can be downloaded free and legitimately from here.....

What you probably need to do is create line appearances on the other phones but have a look through the feature programming manual and see if that is it. You may also have to create a group so that multiple calls can be handled. Have a read first then post back if you feel you can take this on. Also have a look in the FAQs to learn a bit about how you programme the system.
