Need more calls to ring at the main console.

I'm a novice. My office recently installed a Magix system (v1, r6). Currently the main console accepts 2 incoming calls (the office main number) on the SA lines. I need to setup 2 more SA lines on the console to accept incoming calls. Can someone step me through this?

At the phone, which should also be the programming phone for the system, try Menu, System Program, Start, ->, Centralized Telephone Programming, Program Extension, (dial the console's extension number), Enter, press the button that you want to make into an SA button, make sure the display saya that it is Blank, List Feature, Find Feature, PQRS, look for System Access (you may need to press -> again to find it, then continue by pressing the next button you want to program.

You may run into a problem where the copper lines appear immediatly above the existing SA buttons, and you may have to remove the lines, create the SA buttons, the put the copper lines back on the phone.

The DIAL CODE to create SA buttons is *16 (That creates an SA RING Button) - Touch it again and ial *19, that makes it an SA VOICE Button.
