Need Management Software for Key Voice Debut

Greetings,

I tried to search for this info and came up with nothing.

Does anybody have a copy of the pc management software for the Key Voice Debut system. I had a copy of the Key Link Communication Software Version 2.5.2, but my disk is corrupted.

I contacted my old dealer and they aren't a dealer any more and they said tough luck. I tried a local Comdial dealer and they said sure we would sell you what you should recieve for free. Their figure was $100. I know people need to make a living, but what about customer service and supporting a product.

If anyone could help I sure would appreciate it.

have you tried calling key voice direct ? thats what I would do


why would you expect a comdialt dealer who you hadnt done business with to provide customer service and support to another company's ( the guy you bought from) customer ?

I tried to call Key Voice direct. Unfortunately, Comdial does not offer end customers and number they can call, rather you have to go through a dealer.

Don't get me wrong. I know dealers need to make a living but I also believe in customer service. Granted the real problem is with the orginal dealer that won't offer support. They also sell other products, which I won't buy from them.

Loyalty to a company or product is built over time. That loyalty is easily lost and difficult to gain back. Comdial hurts itself by not requiring support from its dealers for older products. Also the folk who I buy stuff from who used to sell Key Voice, have lost a customer. And thanks to the internet I can easily setup another account, but can they find another customer?
