Need Live Support for Windows 2000 Server

I have a small company network that is running Windows 2000 Server. The system is running, but there are issues. I'd like to find a highly experienced IS specialist who does live support, via phone. Any suggestions?

How many issues? Maybe we can fix them here? Not that I (or probably many of us) couldn't use a few $$$ , but maybe it's an unnecessary expense?

Right now I have to find a quick way to do a backup of about 40GB of data (image); find why I'm loading the system with system errors every 8 hours in the System event log: and get two large SCSI drives installed with a RAID controller to eliminate downtime. I can't find a way to get all these things done in the next three weeks. It's a time and business risk issue, not a technological one.
