Need list od desktop SQL DBMS's

What versions of SQL Server can be used for the desktop for practice. I need a list of DBMS's that do not require you to be connected to a Server in order to practice SQL statements.

Are the following capable of this:

SQL Server 2000 Personal Edition2
SQL Server 2000 Desktop Engine (MSDE)
Oracle8i Personal Edition.

1 and 2 yes. 3 I thinks so but have never actually tried it.

There is also the sql server developers edition which has all the features of enterprise except clustering and will run on 2000, xp and I think 98.

Oracle 8i will work as well and is a free download.

MySQL is also free and available for linux, and I'm not sure about a windows viersion.
