need lingo to open outlook express/new email/fill in to

i have a button in director 8 program that says e-mail. I want user to click, director to open outlook or express and then open the new message, and fill in the address like on a web page so user can e-mail me. does nayone know what lingo I use? I can get the outlook express to open from director, but I can't get any further!! Help!!!
