I need help with a specific line and where it presents calls. I have a Cisco Call Mgr (v 7.1.3.32900-4). I'll do my best to give enough details:
Analog phone line xxx-xxx-0555, currently rings thru to my on-site hunt group (ext. 5932000). I need it to ring to a queue that I set up (trigger 5932499). I have verified that the queue is good, calling the trigger rings the agent phones properly.
In CM, I have a translation pattern set up for that 0555, to go to 5932499. I believe this is all I need here.
In the router (Cisco 2911), I have the following set up for the voice port associated with this line:
voice-port 0/1/1
trunk-group POTS 1
supervisory disconnect dualtone mid-call
no vad
no comfort-noise
timeouts call-disconnect 1
timeouts wait-release 1
connection plar opx 5932000
description ***xxx-xxx-0555***
caller-id enable
caller-id alerting ring 2
When I change the connection plar opx to 5932499, I get ring no answer.
Hopefully all this makes sense to someone out there. Any help is appreciated!!
