Need JS that underlines text as it it typed

Hi All, I need a JS that underlines text as it is typed into a text area in a PDF fillable form created using Acrobat Pro 8.0. It seems that it can be done using the annot object's underline type, but I am too much of a novice to know how to write the script, any assistance very much appreciated!

tsuji, thank you for the link, I wish I could understand this better, but I am such a novice that I am lost here. I know nothing about XML, I was just looking for a quick script to apply to a single text area, and the attrib object would work if only I knew how to use it.
