need javascript to reload page in a frame set

Hello,

I'm redoing my site and want to make it more HTML rather then 100 Flash for search engines and stuff. Nevertheless I want to have music throughout the site, and the only way of doing this is through frames. Does anybody have a script that can reload any page into a frame set? How does it work with pop up killers or any other IE or firefox blocking features?
