Need IP Office 3.0. Servicing a legacy unit. Really could use some help thanks guys.

I'm having to service an old ip office unit that is running 3.0. I am unable to see it with my version 9.1. I am unable to retrieve the download from the avaya website. I was hoping maybe someone somewhere could help me out, as the company did buy the hardware along with the LAC. Just the LAC is misplaced... You would really be helping out a fellow technician.

Don't know what you mean with LAC, but you'll need an older Manager.

Yes, I've located it but unable to download because the license is lost... Will the serial number be sufficient to download?

My mistake, i had a popup blocker on. Causing me to be unable to DL it. It's dling right now.

And there is no LAC on anything older than 9.1. Those licenses are on ADI.
