Need info on caluculations of BLOCKAGE STUDY REPORT

I need to know how the headings are being calculated. Some numbers on my report just don't show right and I need to explain where they are calculated.

This does look a little strange. Are EPN's 5-8 and 12 remote? It looks like you're using more "peak" timeslots for these remote cabinets than you actually have available yet aren't showing any blockage? -CL
