Need info in creating a special tint in a panel

I am trying to produce a newsletter for a school and need info on how to have a 85dpi 5% dot screen in a table cell and other panels, the fills in PM6.5 dont let me have a selection I need as I need to change the screen angle for the printout.

I am a newbie to (PM6.5). I am filling in for the editor who is on holidays.

Hi, John.

I just created the cell in Adobe Table, I want a fill other than what is available in the drop down dialog box.

Cell will have a black 5% fill with black type overlay.

Select the fill colour and type in the % tint you require, 5 in this case. Click "Apply" to see the effect.

How are you inseting the table into PM?
