need image to expand in table border cells

I need some help with using images for the border of a page.

I have jpg. image slices of the four corners and four sides.

My question is how do I make the images automatically change in height for the sides and in width for the top and bottom images.

I works fine for me but some people, viewing the page, their browser changes the text size which in turn lengthens the table and they see gaps between the images for the border sides and top and bottom images.

Thanks to anyone who has a quick fix to this.
