Need Idea.. Two Internet connections DSL and Cable...

Hello,

I am tring to set up small network in my house and need some idea, Please help.

I am tring to use cable and dsl in same time for back up and speed but not sure if it works?

is there any devices that can handle two internet connections (from Cable and DSL)? Hub? Switch? Router?..ect?

If there is please let me know and how to use.

There is, but they cost in the tens of thousands of dollars. You could do it cheaply with Cisco routers and BGP but you would need a great deal of participation from your cable and dsl supplier, and i don't think they will help you at that level. At least they never agreed to do for me. BGP is also very complex.

I think the best you can expect at this time is a device that will allow you fail over from one ISP to the other. But to use both at the same time (like joining the bandwidth), i don't think you can do it.
