Need HP LTO3 driver under Networker 7.1.4

Hi

I try to set up a library Overland LTO 3 PowerLoader (HP LTO 3 tape device) with Networker 7.1.4 Server on a new XP pro box.
Networker autodetects correctly the tape device as an HP Ultrium 3-SCSI G24H but needs the driver.
The tape device appears under Windows Hardware Manager/Other device but in an unknown state.
Can someone knows where to find the windows drivers for this tape device ? or is there any networker tip ?

the device driver is not depending of Networker, but is depending of the OS version and the loader type.

You can download LTO-3 drivers for windows from

I recomand you to use "Library and Tape tools"
