Need horizontal drop-down menu navigation bar 2

I am looking for an easily customizable HORIZONTAL drop-down menu bar for this webpage that I am working on (

I have found an example that I love at

and also at

http://www.dbsforums.com,

but, the code is very confusing to me as I am a javascript novice. They both reference internal .js files. If anybody knows of a good code I can use, I woud appreciate it.
