Need help

Hi I looking for some one that can build a menu bar for me for my web site. It is for a project that I have. I want the menu bar to look kind of like the windows task bar. I want to be able to hit start and have a pop up bar come up. Is this possible.

Do a search at google or yahoo for scripts regarding navigation and javascript. After you get something you like and if you have problems adjusting it then we can help. I'm trying, really I am!
